About Kelsey

Kelsey graduated from Georgian College in 2022 with honors and is eager to use her knowledge to help others reach their highest level of wellness. Kelsey has experience treating clients with a variety of conditions; including pregnancy, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and clients with complex health needs.  She has also worked with athletes, post partum clients, and clients with neurological disorders. Kelsey is trained in classic Swedish massage, which includes deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, fascial work, lymph drainage, and much more! Kelsey is so excited to meet you and help you reach your wellness goals!
